Soccer Life
I started playing soccer when I was about 6 years old and fell in love with the sport instantly. I have had many different experience on many different teams. I ended my club career on Richie Breza's USA 04g team. I played forward most of my life until I was moved to the defensive line before my freshman year in high school. Center and outside back are my new, and favorite positions to play. We attended many tournaments including Surf Cup, Pleasanton Rage, and Desert Conference league before our season starts in the spring. I am currently an academic Sophomore and athletically a Redshirt Freshman at Snow College. After suffering an ACL injury my senior year of high school, I have learned many new ways to become a better teammate. I have been able to connect and help those going through the same injury. Persisting through an ACL is excruciating, but also such a unique learning lesson.

I enjoy spending my free time outdoors. Whether this is hiking, snowboarding, or climbing, it is so important for me to be outside. My family and friends share similar interests which makes it even better!

I am the daughter of Drew and Paislee Hicken. I have two dogs (one French bulldog and one pug). I love spending time with my family as we regularly do family gatherings and dinners. My family is beyond supportive of my passion for soccer and I am so thankful for them letting me pursue my dreams. Thank you mom and dad!

My teammates are super important to me. Having strong friendships off the field is crucial to have a successful team. I am super grateul for the people I have met here at Snow, they have become some of my closest friends

My hometown friends are also a big part of my life. They have supported me throughout my entire soccer career and have watched it unfold. I love spending time with them whenever I can.
